Breville BJE820XL

My excitement level was extremely high awaiting my Breville BJE820XL juice processor because of my disappointments with others in the past. Once I received it and used it, I must say—I was not disappointed. I’ve had juicers in the past that had at least 2 major things I didn’t like. Whether they were to slow, the engine lagged, they were a monster to clean, etc. I was really pleased with the Breville BJE820XL because it had not one major thing wrong with it that bothered me to the point that I wanted to send it back. For that alone, it was well worth the expense!
The Breville BJE820XL is available at 20% off retail price. Click this link to take advantage of this huge discount!
I have tried a couple of other juicers and have found this one to be not just easy to use, but very easy to clean. I don’t have a lot of time in the mornings so this is something I really appreciated. But more importantly I love the juice that this produces.
–it’s nice looking, and looks great on the countertop.
–it’s well made, and very easy to clean (diswasher safe parts)
–it’s relatively quiet (not TOO noisy)
–it’s easy to operate and the parts you have to clean are easy to remove
The Breville BJE820XL is just a pleasure to use, great quality, great look, easy to clean, I use it 5-6 times a day. If you are looking for a quality juicer don’t look any longer just buy it, its worth every penny and it is not expensive for what you getting from it. I did a lot of research before i bought this one, and I’m really happy with my purchase.

Juicer is fantastic! I love smoothies and wanted something to double as a juice maker and smoothie maker and I got value for my money with this baby! It makes wonderful fruit smoothies and I dont have to add milk just fruit. With a blender you have to add a liquid but with my Breville BJE820XL it’s just pure and natural. Love it! I drink my puree fruit smoothie through a straw and it’s wonderful! All the fiber and juice included. No pulp removed at all. It’s easy to clean and I can switch discs and juice some vegetable and fruit easily. Pulp is dry; the juice container removes the froth (yaay!) and I am in reboot heaven! Love it!
Short and sweet: This is a very well made juicer that is well thought out, easy to clean and damn-near fun to use.
Read the manual! Some of the complaints I’ve read are addressed in the manual, e.g. use the correct speed for what it is you are juicing. As far as I can tell the juice does not come in contact with any plastic other than the collection pitcher so, if plastic gets your goat, you can use a glass pitcher. Only the waste pulp comes in contact with the lexan lid. If this juicer came with a glass pitcher and lid I can only imagine the number of negative reviews for “pricey, fragile lid, heavy, breakable pitcher” it would get.
Pros- solidly built, easy to clean, easy to use, looks bad-ass sitting on your counter top.
Cons- If I had to nit pick it would be that I still have to cut up apples to fit the chute; and that is about it.
Summary- if this was any better it would either be a lot more expensive or it would grow, pick, and juice the fruits/vegetables for me.
Here’s what one of the owners had to say about the Breville BJE820XL:
“When I unpacked the product from the box, I was immediately impressed.
The Jack Lalanne Power Juicer doesn’t hold a candle to the Breville BJE820XL. The Breville’s rock solid construction, stainless steel material, powerful motor, ultra-wide feed tube and easy assembly / disassembly make it worth every penny.
If there is one thing I’d like to highlight about this product is how easy it is to CLEAN. In the mornings, it takes me a grand total of fifteen minutes to prep the fruit, juice it using the Breville BJE820XL, and clean up after myself. With fifteen minutes, my 14-month old daughter has FRESH FRUIT JUICE ALL DAY!
Can’t recommend it any higher! Five stars!” (A.H. Sudbury)

Omega J8006 Review

Omega J8006
Available on Amazon for $299.99 here
I’ve been juicing daily for a while now, but unfortunately I could only afford a centrifugal juicer. My juicer was the Waring Pro, which made decent juice for the cheap price of the juicer. Though the pulp was almost always wet, and greens would always come out as chunks. Still, some juice is always better than no juice.
I just recently received my Omega J8006, and WOW I was so glad to have done my research. It really is good as they say. The pulp is bone dry, extracts quality juice, quiet, and low rpms which saves most of the enzymes of the fruits and vegetables. The centrifugal I had ran at probably 8000 RPM’s which literally kills most of the enzymes of the produce.
Another thing I noticed was the color and taste of the juice when juicing from the Omega J8006. I did not know orange juice is supposed to have so many flavours. From the centrifugal it just tasted like sugar water. Wow it was amazing when I tasted my first orange juice. The color was darker and brighter and it just tasted SO GOOD!
Last thing is about clean up, I can literally take it apart, clean it, and put it back within the minute. Extremely fast clean up, nothing messy about it.
This is definitely worth the money for 15 years of warranty.
Here are some of the Great Features of the Omega J8006:
- Easy-to-use masticating juicer with powerful commercial motor
- Low speed of 80 RPMs; no foaming, clogging, or heat build-up

- Dual-stage juicing system; quiet operation; UL- and cUL-approved
- Measures 14-1/2 by 6-1/2 by 15-1/2 inches; 15-year warranty
- “Dual stage” masticating extraction method
- Heavy duty commercial construction with 4 Stabilizing feet
- Produces very dry pulp
- Easy to assemble, operate, and clean

The Omega J8006 is an excellent vegetable juicer. It produces fine fruit juice, as well, but I want to emphasize that, if you are into juicing veggies, this machine will not disappoint you.
I gave this juicer to my husband as a present, convinced that he would be using it once or twice a week at best (based on our experience with the two centrifuge juicers we had bought in the past and the fact that we were not really into juicing).
Well, in all honesty, this machine has turned us into juice addicts. We have been juicing a mix of veggies and fruits every-single-day since the juicer was delivered, 17 days ago.
My better half and I did extensive research before buying the right juicer to maximize our juicing experience. We are very new to juicing. We initially purchased the Breville 800 Elite. While the Breville did work fine, the RPMs gave off too much heat to maximize the nutrients available from juicing. We also were disappointed by the yield from the vegetables/fruits. So we received expert advice that we need to get a ‘masticating’ juicer. Something with significantly slower RPMs. I believe the Breville was 3,500 RPMs and the Omega J8006 is 80 RPMs. So we returned the Breville because we knew we were advised to go with a masticating juicer.
Here’s what one of the owners had to say about the Omega J8006:
“Ok so I have now used three juicers, the Jack Lalanne, the Breville compact fountain, and now the OMEGA J8006. The Omega is the best of those three by far! It’s quiet. I get a lot more juice that is less foamy! Looks and taste better. And the pulp is drier than I have ever seen from the three juicers. Oh yeah, it’s a breeze to clean!” (Angela S)

If you’re looking for a quality juice processor at a low price, the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 would be worth looking into. We now use it several times a week with fruits like apples, oranges, grapes, bananas, even vegetables. Tomatoes, spinach, cucumbers, and celery taste really good and fresh coming out of it. Our favorite drink as of last week is carrots and pears. Really good! For the price, it is very speedy, easy to assemble, and a fairly easy clean-up. I recommend putting the strainer directly in water immediately after using so the pulp won’t clog the holes. Very happy with the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650, especially for under $75 bucks!

The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 is my first juicer, so I cant really compare it to others. In my research, I came across much advice telling me that quality juicers were not possible to find for less than $200, and that to buy an inexpensive juicer was to waste my money. However, I am so pleased with my Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 juicer! It has substantial weight to it, so when the super powerful motor gets going, it wont tip, shake, or wobble across the counter. The motor is p-o-w-e-r-f-u-l! Scared me a little the first time I turned it on. Its a little louder than my dishwasher, maybe. Also, in all my research, I was told that the sign of a good juicer was in the pulp thats left behind (is it dry? or is there as much juice left in the pulp as there is in your glass?) Well, the pulp left behind is usually nothing more than moist sawdust. I was surprised how little pulp there is left after juicing veggies! If you put a grocery store bag in the pulp bin before juicing, then all you have to do is take it out and throw it away when youre done! One piece of advice-clean your juicer when youre done juicing, dont wait until all that gunk has dried and cemented onto the basket!

- Stainless-steel micro-mesh strainer basket; die-cast metal lid-locking latches

Became interested in purchasing a juicer after seeing the Jack LaLanne infomercial about juicing; however, after doing some research, I found that his juicer got several discouraging reviews. The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 got more favorable reviews, so that is what I ordered.
I’ve had the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 almost 2 months now, with no complaints. We use it 2-4 times a week. I do have to cut some things in half first like larger apples, green peppers and pears, but this is not an issue. It handles everything I put into it just fine.
Here’s an actual demonstration of the Big Mouth Pro…
The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650 comes with a handy brush for cleaning and also states in the instructions to use a plastic bag in the pulp container for less clean up–what a great idea! I don’t have any complaints about clean up, either. Yes, it is best to at least rinse everything right away to avoid caked on muck, but I put my glass of juice in the fridge for the few minutes I clean up so that the juice is nice and cold when I’m finished. I would also highly recommend using the wire mesh sink strainers you can get at your local home improvement store to capture the pulp you rinse off of the components. We have a septic system, and the mesh really prevents a ton of food from washing down the drain and into the septic tank.
I’ve never been a big fruit & vegetable eater, but with the Big Mouth Pro, I’m getting a lot more of both into my diet–even beets!
All in all, a great product. Give it a try.
Here’s what one of the owners had to say about the Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Pro 67650:
“My mother had a juicer from 30 years ago but it was starting to wear down. I decided to look around on Amazon.com and found this little juicing honey. If you’re looking for a gift for yourself, replacing an old one, or a gift for someone else, this is the best juicer I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend this juicer! My mother loves it!” (Timothy D)
